🔐 Why can't I log in to your site?

❌ How do I cancel my subscription?

You can easily cancel your subscription anytime through your account dashboard.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to the Subscriptions menu item
  3. Click Cancel subscription

🔄 Can I switch plans?

Yes! You can easily switch between plans (e.g., from monthly to annual) at any time.

How Plan Switching Works:

  • Click Change plan from the Subscriptions menu
  • You'll be switched to the new plan immediately
  • You'll be charged a prorated amount for the difference

📧 Can I update my email address or personal information?

Yes, you can update your email address and other personal information through your account settings.

What You Can Update:

  • Email address
  • Full name
  • Other personal information

💳 Can I update my credit card?

Yes, you can easily update your payment method through your account dashboard.

How to Update Your Card:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click Update card from the sidebar
  3. Or click Add card if you haven't added one yet
  4. Enter your new payment information

🔑 How do I create or reset my password?

Important Note:

Passwords are not required for your membership account. You can sign in using just your email address and a one-time link.

Email-Only Sign In:

  1. Visit our sign-in form
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Click Continue
  4. We'll email you a link and code to sign in
  5. The link expires after 24 hours and can only be used once

Password Creation/Reset:

If you prefer to use a password, you can create or reset one:

  • Password creation/reset links expire after 48 hours
  • Links can only be used once for security
  • If a link becomes invalid, request a new one

🎁 Can I gift a subscription?

Yes! Gifting a 1001 Unicorns subscription is easy and makes for a wonderful present for families with children.

How Gifting Works:

  1. Click one the gift links below
  2. Enter the gift recipient's name and email
  3. Choose the delivery date
  4. Add a personalized message
  5. Enter your payment information

What Happens Next:

  • The recipient receives an email with activation link
  • They can add their address when activating (if needed)
  • This is a one-time gift for the selected term
  • Recipient can add payment method to continue after gift expires
