The most common login issues are related to browser settings or incorrect credentials.

🪙 How do credits work?

Every member gets 100 credits per month to create stories!

How it works:

  • • Each story you create uses 1 credit
  • • Your credits automatically reset to 100 at the start of each month
  • • Unused credits don't roll over to the next month
  • • Reading stories (your own or from the community) doesn't use credits

That's up to 100 magical stories every month - completely free!

📧 Can I update my email address?

Yes! You can update your email address by contacting our support team.

To update your email:

  • 1. Send an email to [email protected]
  • 2. Include your current email address and the new email you'd like to use
  • 3. We'll verify your identity and update your account

🔑 How do I reset my password?

If you've forgotten your password, you can easily reset it.

Steps to reset your password:

  1. Go to the login page
  2. Click "Forgot your password?"
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Check your email for a reset link
  5. Click the link and create a new password
